We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships.

- Drive overall sales and business development for Air/Sea Import/Export, Freight Forwarding and CHA services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by identifying potential customers and registering opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to complaints, conducting after-sales support, and coordinating with operations team and branches.
- Regularly visit existing accounts to validate service levels, develop new revenue streams, and conduct business reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales visits, and comply with all MIS reports, data maintenance, and statutory requirements.
- Follow-up with clients for outstanding payments and support from the account department.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and requested by management from time to time.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry preferred.
