As the financial year 2022-23 comes to a close, Abhyansh Shipping Services reflects on its performance and the milestones achieved throughout the year. The company also expanded its workforce by hiring approximately 10 new employees in FY 22-23. Additionally, a new branch was opened in Mundra, which has further strengthened the company’s presence in the region. In terms of service offerings, the company did not launch any new services in the year. However, it focused on streamlining its operations to achieve higher levels of efficiency. This has helped the company to better serve its clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Abhyansh Shipping Services also made some key lateral hirings during the year. A Branch Manager for the Mundra Branch and an Operation Assistant for Transport & Warehouse were among the notable hires.
In terms of internal activities, the company celebrated its Anniversary with great fervour and Republic Day by sensitizing its employees towards sustainability. Mr. Gupta adds, “We believe in celebrating our achievements and milestones with our employees. It helps to boost morale and keep our team motivated.”
