We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team at Abhyansh Shipping. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial documents and ensuring accurate collection and payment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and a track record of successfully managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing prepared e-invoices for the import/export department
  • Ensuring collection is received on time
  • Reviewing all Tally entries and bank reconciliation
  • Reviewing credit notes/debit notes and ensuring they are approved by management
  • Ensuring timely payment of all statutory compliances (GST/TDS/PF/PT)
  • Managing the fund request process through E Net & Bank
  • Implementing new software as required
  • Responding to client and internal staff queries in a timely manner
  • Preparing MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Coordinating with bankers for OD/CC or loan applications and renewals
  • Working closely with CA/CFO as needed
  • Managing a team of employees and ensuring they are performing their duties effectively
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in customs clearance and port operations
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and auditing principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
